Budget & Schedule Development
Based on the typical investments being made in Los Cabos for luxury lifestyle properties, a complete, detailed budget and timeline needs to be established. The schedule will set expectations and milestones for project completion.
General Contractor
C2C has relationships with a local builder and talented subcontractors. C2C also has access to mainland contractors who can be utilized at little to no additional cost.
Construction Management
